Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location and courier availability. Tracking information will be shared with customers so they can monitor their shipment status and estimated delivery time easily.
Please note that we currently do not ship to APO or PO Box addresses. Customers are requested to provide a valid residential or commercial shipping address during checkout to avoid delays in delivery. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may leave the package at your doorstep or provide a delivery notice with further instructions.
Custom-made, handmade, and braided rug products require additional preparation time due to their unique craftsmanship and detailing. These special orders may take approximately 2–3 weeks for delivery. We appreciate your patience and understanding while our team ensures the highest quality standards for every product.
Oversized or heavy items that cannot be shipped through standard ground services may be delivered via LTL freight trucking. Such deliveries may take up to 2 weeks after shipment. Customers will be contacted directly by the freight carrier to schedule a convenient delivery appointment. Please note that freight deliveries are made curbside, and customers may need to arrange moving the items to their preferred location after delivery.
